Our room temperature EBSD stage, the MT5000EH, delivers – fully optimised for both Horizontal SEM Imaging and EBSD. Additionally, this stage is field-upgradable to the MT5000EH with 1000° C heating, ensuring a future-proof investment!
With force resolution less than 0.003% FS, the 5kN EBSD stage from Deben offers dual motor control, user exchangeable loadcells and jaws, and options for bending jaws and compression cage.
The newly developed ‘Deben Test Suite’ software also allows full control of your stage and data, and is designed with ease-of-use in mind no matter what EBSD detector or SEM you use.
Deben’s in-house design and manufacturing teams also allow bespoke and custom clamps and jaws, to suit your sample needs.
