The identification of slip bands, strain marks, deformations, dislocations and crystalline defects are now possible within your SEM under varying test conditions, allowing characterisation of sample microstructure in real-time. Whether you wish to run room temperature experiments or achieve high temperature compression and tensile testing, the MT2000ER EBSD stage delivers – fully optimised for both Horizontal SEM Imaging and EBSD.

With force resolution less than 0.003% FS, the 5kN EBSD stage from Deben offers dual motor control, user exchangeable loadcells and jaws, and options for bending jaws and compression cage.

The newly developed ‘Deben Test Suite’ software also allows full control of your stage and data, and is designed with ease-of-use in mind no matter what EBSD detector or SEM you use.

Deben’s in-house design and manufacturing teams also allow bespoke and custom clamps and jaws, to suit your sample needs.
